We currently take Visa, Mastercard and American Express, charges are
processed through e-Guerrilla Marketing. Our
shipping schedule is set up so that all orders are shipped within 7 days. Please allow a total of 3-4 weeks delivery for
all of our products. We have expedited shipping for your last minute needs.
Regular Shipping and Handling charges are either $5.00 or $6.50. We ship only
within the United States.
Expedited Shipping and Handling is $25.00 per order. Due to shipping
weights, each product has a separate shipping and handling charge. Your
total shipping and handling charges are noted to you before your order
is confirmed. Due to personalization your order
may be shipped in different packages.
There are no returns or exchanges on any personalized items. Once an order has been placed, changes are not
guaranteed. So check your shopping cart to make sure all personalization is correct. We will make every effort
possible to accommodate your request. Make sure you check out our options for each product. Due to customer requests for
"paper only", many of our products have the optional holder available.
