Q) When will I get my order?
A) Each order is shipped within 7-10 days of order receipt. Please
remember that each order is customized just for you - so extra time is
needed. We ship from various parts of the country - so you should figure
at least 5 days for shipping. During the "holiday rush", we
will list more specific dates.
Q) Can I return my order?
A) There are no returns or exchanges on any personalized items. Once an order has been placed, changes are not
guaranteed. So check your shopping cart to make sure all personalization is correct. We will make every effort
possible to accommodate your request. Make sure you check out our options for each product. Due to customer requests for
"paper only", many of our products have the optional holder available.
Q) Why do you sell your holders separate from the personalized paper?
A) We get so many requests for “refills” for our products that we found it was best to offer items separately.
We have also found that many people already had appropriate places in their homes or office for their pads and
stationery, so this allows you to buy just the pieces needed. Please note: in most cases the holders need to be
ordered from the options box. Our product images show the completed item, but you must order the holder, if
available, from the drop down option box.
Q) How do your return address labels come? Are they on a full sheet or in a roll?
A) All of our return address labels are shipped to you on a convenient roll in a dispenser box.
Some of our shipping labels are shipped flat and some are on rolls. If you are looking for at a specific
shipping label, just e-mail us and we will tell you how it is shipped to you.
Q) If I order expedited shipment, when will I receive my order?
A) All of our products are customized just for you. All of our products are shipped within 7-10 days.
With a majority of them shipped within 5 days. When you order expedited shipping, your order is shipped via
Next Day Air when it is completed.
Q) Where are your products shipped from?
A) Because we have such a varied amount of products, our products are shipped from many locations
throughout the country.
Q) How do we apply our photos to your photo cards?
A) All of our photo cards are supplied with a pre-applied tape strip on the front. You simply peel the
protective paper to reveal the tape and place your photo in place.
Q) What size do your photo cards fit?
A) Besides the group of 5 x 5 designs, the overall size of our photo cards is 5 3/4 " x 7 3/4 ".
Each photo card is designed to hold a 4 " x 6 " with out covering any of the border design.
All of our photo cards are also designed to hold a 3 1/2 " x 5 ". When using a photo smaller than
the 4 " x 6 ", more of the inside border will show after placing your photo.
Q) Can we do a custom greeting in a photo card or a holiday card?
A) Yes, custom greetings are available. If you do not find a greeting that suits you from our list of
standard greetings, you can choose to have a custom greeting. The additional charge for a custom greeting is
$20.00. On the final page of the ordering information page, there is a box that is for " specific instructions ".
In that box, you can state your greeting. You must also tell us what typestyle you would like to have the
greeting to be designed in. Just tell us which typestyle from our list of standard greetings suits your needs.
You can also place your order - and e-mail us with your specific needs for a special greeting. Each order is
handled personally and we always match up requests with orders. And we always respond, via e-mail, with a
confirmation that your special request was received.
